The first step is to set up a free discovery call (phone, video call, or in-person) to go over your needs and to determine if Luna Bookkeeping would be a good fit. We'll chat about your business and where you feel you need support.

Next, we familiarize ourselves with your unique business. Reviewing your bookkeeping processes to help us see where we can increase efficiency and streamline onboarding your books. Once your business is onboarded and we are up to speed, we then create the package that best fits your business needs, vision and goals.
EACH MONTH
We’ll gather the necessary documentation, import and categorize your account transactions and ensure that all accounts are reconciled. We’ll reach out with any questions, but you will notice those coming in less frequently as our understanding of your business strengthens. Once the books are complete, we’ll send you the financial reports.

A package ensures you know what you are paying every month and eliminates surprise bills. Clients start on hourly billing until we have a full understanding of your needs (approximately 2 - 3 months). Once a package rate is determined, we'll review your business needs quarterly to make sure your package still fits.
